I've never played these games but I just asked someone who has what the difference is. Basically, the difference seems to be that at the end of Twilight Princess Zelda dies whereas in Ocarina of Time she's kickass (aside from a minor bout of being kidnapped). So I think I'll go with the non-dying kickass option.

I don't understand why only 30% picked Celestia. Because she's a my little point? She is goddess and probably the most powerful being in her universe. Vs Zelda from twilight princess? Spoiler alert: she dies, and even if you avoid that date she isn't even close to being as powerful.
