This is a very hard choice. If you lose your toes you can't run or balance well. But without a thumb you can't pick anything up.

Holy crap, biggest trade off ever! One one hand, without one thumb your ability to play video games will be severely limited... On the other... Ah, whatever. Video games interfere with my plans for a WORKERS REVOLUTION anyway!!!
