Once I'm "solely responsible" for something, I don't really see how I can be "especially responsible" for some part of it. That would imply that I'm not as heavily responsible for the rest of it.

Also, I'm a little unclear on what my responsibility would be - do I have control over plastic's effects? Or am I simply being scapegoated?
