You have to pick:

Drink anything you want, but you have to drink from a freshly soiled bedpan. You can dump out the bedpan and shake it, but you can't clean it or wipe it out.

Be able to break any law you want for the rest of your life, and instead of suffering the consequences you have to pay $1 for each day of jail time you would have served.

You pay 1/1000th the fine if there is no jail time.

If you steal something you have to also pay back the amount of the theft (you can't use this to make money by stealing).

it doesn't specify that it had to be governmental laws, what about the law of physics in alchemy, of equivalent exchange. just make air into billions of dollars at will.

If it's only been urinated in then it should be reasonably sanitary. If it's been pooped in I'll choose to drink antiseptic, take the tiniest possible sip, spit it out, and then try again until I get a urine-only one.
