This is not so bad. If you are using your full strength and it gives out - sure that sucks. But if you can lift a mountain with all your strength, then you can easily lift a skyscraper out in front of you in a way that if your strength gives out it won't land on you. As long as you don't lift things more than, say, 5% the weight of a mountain, you're gold.
